These framework agreements are intended for undertaking renovation and improvement works in public spaces in various districts, such as squares, parks and district roads. This includes the full renovation of parks and the surfacing of roads and pavements, as well as the installation of playgrounds, dog parks, open-air exercise areas and areas for the elderly in the districts of Ciudad Lineal, Chamberí, Retiro, Carabanchel, Barajas, Tetuán and Salamanca in Madrid.

These framework agreements are intended for undertaking renovation and improvement works in public spaces in various districts, such as squares, parks and district roads. This includes the full renovation of parks and the surfacing of roads and pavements, as well as the installation of playgrounds, dog parks, open-air exercise areas and areas for the elderly in the districts of Ciudad Lineal, Chamberí, Retiro, Carabanchel, Barajas, Tetuán and Salamanca in Madrid.
These renovation works are based on the awarding of derivative contracts, throughout the effective term of the framework agreement. The agreements include any public space where conservation is the responsibility of the city districts.
The agreements also designate resources to cover other requirements the districts may have, including, among other aspects, the alteration or relocation of kiosks through subsidiary intervention and interventions to ensure the smooth running of popular festivals and events in each of the districts.

Duration
The contracts durations are 2 years, with possibility of extension of 1 or 2 years, according to district.
