Conservation and replacement of urban infrastructure in Fuengirola

According to quality and road safety criteria, this contract includes the conservation, maintenance and replacement of pavements and road surfaces, masonry, walkways, walls, protections, drainage, signage, handrails, street furniture and painting in the city of Fuengirola, Malaga.

The agreement includes all conservation works for the pavements of public roads, streets, paths in urban parks and open spaces, as well as retaining elements, drainage works, signage and street furniture that make up the town’s assets.

As part of the work, the development and maintenance of the elements that make up the service, as well as their periodic inspection, is carried out. 

Asphalting of roads is also carried out, including the repair of potholes with cold or hot asphalt, or any other specific asphalt product for repairs.

Urgent actions include immediate intervention on roads and/or municipal buildings in emergency situations and actions to mitigate the effects of runoff caused by adverse meteorological events or disasters such as fires.
