Contracts for conservation and improvement works for urban public spaces in this Madrid municipality.
In 2019 the integral remodeling of the Tesillo square, located in the historic center of Fuenlabrada. These works have included the waterproofing of the lower underground parking deck, and the urbanization of the entire upper space and the streets that give access to the square. The scope of these works is similar to the one previously executed on Avenida de Europa from the same municipality.
Singular elements such as metal canopies designed specifically for this project, as well as factory work benches with mosaic finishing techniques, have been
installed in the Plaza del Tesillo. A children's play area has been incorporated, and landscaped trees and flowerbeds have been planted.
Sorigué has also carried out the small works contract (2014-2015) and the conservation of the municipal infrastructure (2016-2018).
In 2017 and 2018, the company was also responsible for remodeling the facade of the Fernando Torres sports hall.
