Upgrade and modernisation of the Parque de la Bombilla, Plaza de la Corona Boreal, Plaza de la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Aravaca, Avenida Dr. Federico Rubio y Galí and Paseo Pintor Rosales, in the district of Moncloa–Aravaca.
The work has been completed with a combination of highly playful elements, as well as a design and construction that makes the play equipment accessible to a wide range of age groups.
The action is included in the Framework Agreement for refurbishment, repair and conservation works for all the public buildings and spaces in the District of Moncloa-Aravaca (Section 4).
Among the work carried out, the following are worth mentioning:

- Placement of benches, fences, playground equipment and kerb.
- Protection of the trees in the surrounding area.
- Paving with 8 cm thick shock-absorbing rubber.
- Paving with river sand.
- Installation of a type VI pre-cast concrete kerb.
- Laying of 30×2 mm Tramex mesh on the accesses defined for the children’s areas.
- Installation of approved M-50C fencing.
- Installation and reinstallation of new children’s furniture.
