Remodelling of green areas and construction of new spaces for public use in Ciudad Lineal
Rehabilitation works, renovation of children’s areas and creation of new public recreational areas in the District of Ciudad Lineal, Madrid. The action is included in the Framework Agreement for refurbishment, repair and conservation works for public buildings and spaces (Section 4) that the company has with the city council.

Comprehensive intervention on Avenida del Marqués de Corbera and in Doctor Cirajas, Las Cañas and Platón squares.
The project includes paving works, renovation of playgrounds and the creation of new spaces such as a dog area and fitness areas.
The civil works include the following:
· Demolition of pavements, removal of kerbs and dismantling of existing furniture.
· Renovation of children’s areas.
· Construction of fitness circuits.
· Construction of a petanque pitch.
· Construction of a dog area.
· Installation of new street furniture.
· Surfacing of pavements and access roads.
These actions is part of the Framework Agreement for refurbishment, repair and conservation works for all the public buildings and spaces under the authority of the Ciudad Lineal District, Section 4 Public Spaces.
