The service includes maintenance of the facilities, ensuring a high level of safety for the public and maintaining the entertainment and aesthetic value of the structures:
- Weekly visual inspection.
- Monthly functional inspection, with reports delivered on the condition of the children’s area.
- Painting of the elements according to instructions from Monstrum.
- Removal of paint and graffiti.
- Cleaning the rubber paving every two months (or as needed) according to the installer’s warranty conditions.
- Equipment and consumables required to carry out all the maintenance work.
- Supply of spare parts and repairs to rubber paving required for corrective maintenance, up to an annual cost of 12% of the budget.
- Annual inspection by a type-A certifying company, essential to ensure compliance with regulations for the duration of the contract.
- Telephone assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
