Located at the crossroads between Calle Infanta Mercedes and Calle Huesca in Madrid’s Tetuán District, Plaza de San Germán will undergo refurbishment and building works. The project includes repaving paths, improving the children’s playground, and installing new street furniture designed for various purposes. The main aspects of the works are:
• Demolishing paving and removing existing street furniture.
• Adapting pedestrian paths and the entry of vehicles to the square to current accessibility standards.
• Extending green spaces.
• Refurbishing seating areas with anti-graffiti surface treatment
