Located on the roof of an underground car park, Poet Esteban de Villegas Park has undergone civil works to install new equipment. A children’s playground has been fitted out and a calisthenics circuit with several sporting options has been created.
This project formed part of the Framework Agreement for refurbishment, repair and conservation works for all the public buildings and spaces under the authority of the Retiro district of the Municipal Council of Madrid, Plot 4: Public Spaces.

• Emptying and earth moving work and subsequent installation of concrete slabs.
• Construction of a children’s playground with rubber flooring.
