Three works are highlighted in the renovation of the José Luis Sampedro Park in Madrid: changing of the paving of the access ramp from Calle Blasco de Garay, the lighting for the Pump Track and installing a new metal mesh fence.

Located in the Chamberí district of Madrid, the José Luis Sampedro Park is the object of works including paving, lighting and fencing.  
 
This project formed part of the Framework Agreement for refurbishment, repair and conservation works for all the public buildings and spaces under the authority of the Chamberí district of the Municipal Council of Madrid, Plot 4: Public Spaces. 
 
The following works are highlighted in the project: 
 
• Dismantling of the existing fencing in order to install a new one consisting of stove-lacquered metal mesh with three access gates. This design ties in with the one that already exists in the Galileo Cultural Centre courtyard in the district of Chamberí.
• Demolition of concrete pavements and floors. 
• Treatment and waterproofing of the access ramp to the park. 
• Drainage improvements. 
• Paving with grey granite slabs. 
• Surface treatment of adjacent wall and subsequent application of paint. 
• Installation of a new children's fence to separate the rest area from the Pump Track area. 
• Installation of new lighting lines with LED lights.
