The work entailed the comprehensive renovation of Imperial Tarraco Hotel in Tarragona. The project included the interior demolition of the hotel for structural reinforcement with a metal structure and the completion of all the interiors and installations.

Construction features:
- Laminated plaster partitions.
- Laminated plaster drop ceiling.
- Stoneware flooring in the bedrooms, on the balconies and in damp areas, with faux mosaic on the balconies; carpet in the corridors; and parquet or continuous flooring in communal areas.
- Silestone cladding in the bathrooms, porcelain stoneware in the rest of the rooms; oak veneer panelling in the communal areas and Vescom vinyl walls in the corridors. Wardrobe interiors lined with paper.
- Oak veneer interior carpentry. This carpentry has also been applied to the wardrobes in the rooms.
- Façade renovated with silicate paint.
- Renovation of the rooftop, including the construction of a swimming pool.
- Replacement of all exterior carpentry.
- Installation work (electricity, gas, air conditioning, etc.) throughout the hotel.
- Demolition and construction of the parking area.
- Interior infrastructure, including renovation of an existing swimming pool.
