Structural renovation and new construction at Vil·la Urània to create a facility complex in Sarrià – Sant Gervasi

The project is made up of two parts: part one consisted of the restoration of the existing building at Vil·la Urània (with a surface area of 239.40 m2), while part two involved a new building. The new building has spaces for a playroom, civic center, youth center, and a senior center,
occupying an area of 2,446.80 m2.

The project was designed to meet LEED Platinum certification requirements.
