Diverse interventions in the convention center and buildings at Institución Ferial de Madrid, IFEMA
Performance of various interventions and maintenance within this complex of buildings and connected plots. The interventions are conducted mainly during the usual operation of the convention center. Special care is taken to prevent possible interferences with workers, visitors and exhibitors, so that the works do not take away from the users’ comfort.

4,968 m of electro-welded carbon steel piping, P235GH/P235TR1, according to UNE-EN 10217, with HDPE-based thermal insulation, treated against UVA rays. Between 65 and 200 mm in diameter
Upgrade of sanitation pipes
Replacement of 185 m of buried pipe with 315 mm corrugated double-walled PVC, including the reconstruction of inspection chambers present in each section.
Remodeling of access staircase from the convention center
- Demolition of existing staircase.
- Construction of brick structure to add steps later.
- Repair of railing fastening elements and the sides of the staircase.

744 m of electro-welded carbon steel carrier pipelines, P235GH/P235TR1/TR2 according to the UNE-EN 10217 standard, thermal insulation with polyurethane foam-based reinforced thickness and coated with high-density polyethylene, treated against UVA rays. 150 and 200 mm in diameter.
