Framework agreement for maintenance of buildings of the Sub-Directorate General of Firefighters and Directorate General of Emergencies and Civil Protection of Madrid.
This framework agreement covers maintenance work and repairs for accidental or unavoidable damage in buildings supported by the Sub-Directorate General of Firefighters and the headquarters for the Directorate General of Emergencies and Civil Protection in the city of Madrid.
The agreement functions by approving more elaborate quotes or projects, depending on the cost for the jobs to be performed, which generate a diverse series of contracts covered under the conditions of said framework agreement.
Some examples of usual interventions are:
Masonry and Ironworks
Reinforcing and painting ironworks.
Repair of metal carpentry.
Installation of weather strips, springs, and bars on front gates.
Refurbishment of staircase with railings and skirt board.
Repair of deteriorated interior flooring and exterior pavement (garages, patio).
Repair and/or replacement of drop ceilings.
Installations
Checking signage on electrical panels and fire protection and evacuation systems.
Upgrade of emergency lighting.
Insufficient lighting in the kitchen, hallway, rooms.
Exterior patio lighting.
Upgrade, signage, and protection of panels.
Upgrade of drinking water, fire protection water, hydrant water, and natural gas supplies.
Upgrade of back-up electrical system for garage doors and incorporating sockets.
Disassembly of deteriorated ventilation ducts.
Repair of sewer systems, jetting, and collapsed areas.
Gardening
Sanitation of elements in green areas around buildings and filling in areas to prevent proliferation of brush and pests.
