This contract covers end-to-end maintenance of the Matadero de Madrid facilities and the Tourism, Casa Panadería and Señores de Luzón buildings along with the tourist information points at the airport and in Lima Square.
These cultural centres are run by the municipal company Madrid Destino Cultura, Turismo y Negocio and are open to the public all year round. The Matadero site alone recorded 1,470,000 visitors in 2023.
The preventive, conductive, corrective and statutory technical maintenance service ensures the normal operation of all the facilities without disrupting their activities from Monday to Friday and during the day and at night as required.
Building, painting, locksmithing, welding and other services are available to meet each building’s requirements.
All kinds of public and private events are covered by specific qualified staff 365 days a year. The work is carried out on an exterior area of 23,500 m2 and an interior area of 29,500 m2, of which 24,500 m2 are in the Matadero.
