This contract covers all stages of maintenance and regular inspection of the proper operation of the facilities plus their supervision when ceremonies and events are held. It includes:
- Heating systems: air conditioning and domestic hot water system, production, distribution and terminal equipment, automatic control systems, electrical wiring and associated lighting.
- Smoke extraction systems for the cafeteria, kitchen and garage.
- Water system: cooling towers, tank components, pumping, distribution, terminal points and control system.
- Natural gas system: regulation and metering stations, pipelines, manual interception valves and gas systems.
In terms of the technical management of the system, all operations related to piping, operation, regulation and monitoring are performed.
