Total construction of 140 luxury homes and their respective car parks.
The works will take place on the plots located in the rectangle formed by the streets Avinguda Traginers, Avinguda Jacint Esteva i Fontanet and Carrer Profesor Barraquer in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona.
The first phase corresponds to block B5 (already finished and in use), consisting of 27 homes, the second phase to blocks B3 and B4, consisting of 54 homes and the third phase to blocks B1 and B2, consisting of 59 homes.
The total plot covers 10,200 m², of which 2,115 m² correspond to phase one.

Earthworks:
Clearing of land and excavation of earth for the formation of an underground car park.
Foundation pouring:
By means of isolated footings and single and double formwork earth retaining walls.
Structure:
Horizontal structure with reinforced concrete slabs and precast concrete waffle slabs. Vertical structure with reinforced concrete pillars.
Roof:
Non-trafficable inverted building roof finished with gravel skylight, trafficable and finished with clay tiles on the outer coating, trafficable and finished with ipe wood in the attic and garden roof on the ground floor.
Facades:
Dark exposed brick facades, glass and stainless steel balustrades.
Aluminium carpentry with thermal bridge break.
Stackable and adjustable aluminium shutters. Motorised opening and closing.
Iroko slatted sliding panels on aluminium frame.
