Building the Argos II residential complex, commercial premises and garages in east Seville
Building 290 homes featuring communal leisure areas, parking and commercial premises. This project is located at Avenida de Las Ciencias, 19, Seville.
A 290-home housing development is being built in east Seville in a residential complex featuring swimming pools, children’s play areas, garages, and commercial and tertiary premises.
This complex is split between a main building with 244 apartments and two facing buildings each containing 23 apartments.
The foundation and retaining walls are made of foundation slabs and reinforced concrete walls.
The load-bearing structure is built using reinforced concrete columns and core walls and solid reinforced concrete slabs and horizontal waffle-grid framework with sunken coffers.
The exterior wall cladding is composed of multilayer cladding, half-wall of perforated ceramic brick to cover and self-supporting lining.
The interior divisions are made from plasterboard sheets for separations between homes and tertiary use and communal and local zones without defined use. The steps on the interior stairs in living spaces are finished with granite; class 32 laminate surface and skirting board in homes; matt porcelain stoneware tile flooring also in homes, and continuous mass concrete and/or printed surface in zones of other use.
Coloured rubber flooring is only for play areas, stoneware for communal areas, and artificial turf and synthetic pool decking for the communal non-living spaces.
