The work is located in block number eight of sector 56/1, comprising Calle Santiago Gracia Royo, Calle Alberto Antonio Mustienes Luesma, Camino del Pilón and Calle José María Muñoz Damián in Zaragoza. A total of 34 flats have been built across two blocks. Block A consists of two stairwells with a total of 12 dwellings. Block B consists of three stairwells with 22 residential properties and two commercial premises.
In addition, two symmetrical semi-detached single-family houses have been built in the West Block. The basement comprises a total of 59 parking spaces and 36 storage rooms. There are also rooms called "bodegas" attached to the ground floor dwellings with access through the terraces formed by the recesses and courtyards created for this purpose.
