Sorigué and Ared Foundation team up to help women enter the labour market through training

May 28, 2024

The initiative seeks to offer job opportunities to women at high risk of vulnerability and feminise traditionally male-dominated sectors.

Sorigué and the Ared Foundation have concluded a partnership agreement to foster training and job placement for women in the industries in which Sorigué operates.

The main goals of this agreement are to support specialised training matching market needs, offer job opportunities to women at high risk of vulnerability and feminise traditionally male-dominated sectors.

The agreement was signed by Eloi Baró, Director of Administration and Employee Relations at Sorigué, and Ana Maria Ruiz Rivero, Managing Director of the Ared Foundation.

It confirms the commitment of both sides to social inclusion and building fair working environments after they joined forces on a similar initiative last year. This agreement extends the partnership to all industries in which Sorigué operates to encompass a greater diversity of opportunities and social impact.
