Sorigué achieves further growth in Girona by upgrading public housing in Salt

May 29, 2024

The Sorigué group through its company Constraula has been entrusted with upgrading and maintaining housing in Salt managed by Gestora Urbanística Nousalt.

Contraula, the group’s urban services company, is further bolstering Sorigué’s presence in Girona province by renovating public housing in Salt.

Work on these properties, managed by Gestora Urbanística Nousalt S.L., will vary depending on their current state and always in keeping with the technical specifications of each one. The idea is to undertake essential interventions in the shortest possible time to remedy situations which may pose a hazard.

The technical team will conduct a general review of inhabited and uninhabited properties alike and carry out repairs and replace parts as needed.

Sorigué in Girona

This is the second contract in its City division that Sorigué is handling in Girona province. The first is currently underway and consists of maintenance for HVAC and hot water systems in administrative, social and cultural centres in Girona including the Police headquarters, Mercat del Lleó market, the Municipal Theatre and Antònia Adroher Library.

The contract was awarded on the basis of criteria including experience in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for large buildings and in managing urban infrastructures, facilities and public roads.

Nationwide presence

Sorigué is a specialist in building maintenance and refurbishment with major contracts throughout most of Spain.

In Catalonia, its services include upkeep of 350 public buildings in Barcelona for Barcelona City Council and maintenance of the social housing run by the Catalan Housing Agency in Lleida and el Vallès Occidental.

It also delivers maintenance of significant facilities in other Spanish regions. In Madrid, Sorigué is responsible for managing the Spanish Senate’s facilities and for end-to-end maintenance and electrical support at IFEMA Madrid.

In Andalusia, it provides comprehensive maintenance and technical management of the City of Justice in Seville while in June it will begin upkeep of the University of Huelva.
