Coutex, Equipos y Proyectos, S.A. has performed the design, manufacture and assembly of 5 quick opening flaps (CLAPR) of 2,800 x 400 mm with oleo-hydraulic activation, in AISI 316L stainless steel, activated by 2 oleo-hydrographic cylinders. The flaps have been designed to bear the thrust of 4 mca and the sluices for 5 mca.
The opening takes place in 1 second, which causes a wave that cleans the sediment that has been generated while storing water in the tank. Water entry to the tank is performed by a wall mounted fixed wheel sluice (CMW) of 4,500 x2,200 mm and two additional wall mounted sluices (CM05) of 1,000 x 1,000 mm.
