Design, manufacture, assembly and start-up of: 2 rotating clarifier bridges, 1 sludge thickener, 1 automatic chain screen and 10 wall sluice gates.
The extension of the plant in Arenys de Mar has been carried out in 8 months with a budget of 2 million euros and has increased the capacity of this plant until the equivalent 50.000 inhabitants.
The plant in Arenys the Mar was built in 2004 and, in this extension, the pre-treatment, the primary treatment, the biological treatment and the sludge line are improved.

Technical data
Rotating Clarifier Bridge
2 PG bridges. 26 m diameter, peripheral drive unit. Bottom scrapers, floating wipe-out, central hood, overflow channel and perimeter canal in stainless steel AISI316L.
Automatic Chain Screen
1 RCD screen. Canal width of 1 m, canal height of 1,47 m. Useful path between bars 20 mm. 2 comb cleaners. Bars, frame, comb and unload plate in stainless steel AISI316L.
Sludge Thickener
1 SF thickener. 8 m inner diameter. 5,17 m tank's height. Floating arm in diametrical disposition and scrapers in herringbone disposition. Hood, central column, arms and scrapers in carbon steel S275JR.
