In this major public space in Madrid, Sorigué is responsible for looking after all the gardens and green areas through watering, fertilising, improving and supplying soil, as well as maintenance and replacement work.
There is a recreational area in Plaza de España, which includes four children’s areas, as well as exercise equipment for the elderly and furniture designed for relaxation. Maintenance and conservation work will be carried out on all these structures, including wooden elements, signposts and signage.
Description of the work:
- General cleaning: landscaped areas, street furniture elements, playgrounds, exercise and recreation areas, buildings.
- Removal of paint and graffiti.
- Preparation work for large-scale events and post-event clean up.
- Watering of plants.
- Fertilising, improving and supplying soil.
- Trenching, weeding and other soil tillage.
- Maintenance and replacement of lawns and plant cover.
- Maintenance of trees, shrubs, palms and herbaceous plants.
