Conservation work on road structures in order to address the needs of the network to maintain the level of service for which they were designed and built.
Among others, the following operations are carried out:
- Cleaning and clearing of the area around the structures;
- Installation of new pre-cast concrete elements;
- Construction of new drains and slopes;
- Installation of new safety barriers and markings;
- Installation, maintenance and removal of vertical signage;
- Replacement of support elements;
- Preventive conservation actions on the structures;
- Repairs to concrete elements and/or their reinforcement;
- Repair of masonry;
- Repair and/or replacement of expansion joints;
- Scheduling, monitoring and control operations: Establishing and updating inventories; condition checks and reporting;
- Scheduling of work; monitoring of execution and achievement of results;
