Installation of prefabricated classrooms for educational centres in the Community of Madrid

The project was conducted in the following municipalities of the eastern area of the Community of Madrid: Torrejón de Ardoz, Loeches, San Fernando de Henares, Arganda del Rey, Rivas Vaciamadrid, Paracuellos del Jarama and Arganda del Rey. 
 
The implementation of the modular classrooms and ancillary facilities includes foundations, pavement finishes and access works to the new spaces, as well as the provision of water, sanitation, electricity and ventilation services.
 
The works include:
• Adaptation of the existing terrain where necessary.
• Concrete slab foundations.
• Construction of sewerage and water supply connections for bathrooms and pipelines to classrooms.

• Construction of toilet facilities for every four classrooms installed.
• Construction of adapted toilets for people with reduced mobility.
• Electrical connection and installation and legalisation of the project.
• Installation of data line via UTP cable or fibre optic connections.
• Switch installation for the creation of multipoint connections.
• Construction of accesses for people with reduced mobility.
• Construction of classrooms with brick plinths and concrete blocks.
• Reinforcement of the external insulation of the classrooms with perforated sheet metal.
• Climate control by means of A/C heat pumps and booster convectors.
