Sorigué places the first stone in the Dos Hermanas Parish Complex
This project, the first phase of which will be performed by Sorigué, includes the construction of the central courtyard and the entire western and norther section of the building. The building will be distributed across two floors, forming an L shape, housing the offices and facilities necessary for the normal operation of the parish (catechism rooms, Cáritas, parish offices, a large auditorium, and a small lounge and dining room). In addition, the new Parish Complex will include two priest residences on the first floor.
The Parish Center is set up around a central courtyard that provides access to all the parish offices through a perimeter gallery.
Innovation and efficiency in project management and execution
One of the most outstanding features of the construction of this new Parish Complex is the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling), an innovative management system that involves all stakeholders in the project, encouraging greater collaboration. BIM uses modeling to more efficiently manage infrastructure during both the design and construction phases and for subsequent maintenance and preservation of the building.
The project will be executed by ACSA Obras e Infraestructuras, S.A.U., a company from the Sorigué Group, with a cost of 800,000 euros, VAT excluded. The designers and site managers are architects Rafael Garcia López, Daniel Conesa López, and Gabriel Ávalos Murillo. The chief project manager is Juan Antonio Mir Daniel, and the author of the Safety and Health Study and coordinator is Yolanda Romero Laguna.
