Cian, Sorigué’s digital workplace, wins the 2022 Nielsen Norman Group international award
Sorigué’s digital workplace, Cian, has been named one of the top 10 intranets of 2022 at the Nielsen Norman Group’s 21st Intranet Design Annual awards.
The winners of these prestigious awards, recognised as the top showcase of intranet design, are chosen by UX experts from an anonymous list of entries, based on their design and user experience.
This award is a recognition of Cian’s ability to meet these needs in terms of content, design, technology and governance.
It also highlights its ability to enable all 5,000 staff members to access the intranet, along with its diverse and updated content, and its ability to integrate this technology solution into the group’s digital environment.
Cian was developed under Sorigué’s 2020 business plan as the backbone of its internal communications. This digital workplace, for information, work and engagement, is aimed at fostering a shared corporate culture across all the group’s companies.
Cian has been developed by a multidisciplinary Sorigué team alongside Raona, a technology consulting firm focused on digital employee experience and a Microsoft Gold Partner, and Roca Salvatella, a consulting firm focused on digital business transformation.
Cross-company teams came together to create and develop a user-oriented digital workspace.
It was implemented on SharePoint Online using Roana’s accelerators, making the tool flexible and easy to adopt and opening up new features for Cian, while keeping the digital workplace updated in real time.
