Sorigué creates its first Digital Workplace across the whole organisation
January 28, 2021
The business group has created its first cooperative Digital Workplace with access for 100% of the team made up of more than 4,000 people. This space, which builds on the traditional intranet model, puts Sorigué at the forefront of digital communication technology.
This project, which has entailed over a year of interdisciplinary and collaborative work between various internal teams, aims to reinforce digital culture in the organisation, promote internal communication and consolidate the digital transformation of the company, as well as bringing the whole team an informative nucleus of knowledge about the organisation, a relation and exchange space and a single place to access all the work tools of the group.
Apart from news and up-to-date information, this internal space christened as Cian brings together all the applications, documentation libraries and websites of the group for the first time.

The vision of people from all areas and departments of the group was used to create Cian. They participated in an internal analysis process to define how the new digital relationship model should be in order to fulfil the needs of the organisation.
Cian, that takes its name from the corporate colour of the Sorigué brand, is a personification of the digital transformation and internal culture and communication strengthening objectives set out in the 2020 Strategic Plan.
