Sorigué begins construction on “Álamos Hills”, 43 apartments in Torremolinos, Malaga

April 17, 2023

The construction project has a constructed surface area of 8,407 m² and more than two thousand square metres of communal areas including green areas, a swimming pool and children’s playgrounds.

Through its company, Acsa, the Sorigué business group begins construction this April on a residential complex that will consist of 43 apartments with communal areas, car parks and storage rooms. The project is located on a plot of 4,828.87 m² in the Los Alamos area of Torremolinos, Malaga.

With this project, Sorigué continues to grow in Andalusia and especially in the province of Malaga. Sorigué boasts more than four decades of experience in this community, carrying out infrastructure, water cycle and city conservation services for city councils and other administrations in addition to construction projects.

The contract price of this cooperative development promoted by Álamos Garden and S.Coop.And is close to 8 million euros, and it is managed by Momentum Cooperativas, with the architects Mario Romero González, Francisco Javier Higuera Mata and Alejandro Pérez Martínez from HCP Architecture & Engineering as the project’s drafters.
The total constructed area will measure 8,407 m², distributed across two blocks of flats with a two-storey basement and a one-storey basement, respectively. In addition, one of the blocks houses a commercial space on the ground floor.

The blocks of flats will be linked by internal paths that will also lead to the communal areas. All these areas will be interconnected by accessible routes.

Sorigué specialises in residential construction and also has a long track record in exceptional constructions such as health, educational and sports centres, hotels and car parks, among others.

The group comprehensively covers the entire construction process and has developed projects in the regions of Catalonia, Aragon, Andalusia and Madrid.
