Code of Ethics
Sorigué has worked in the infrastructure and services sector with integrity and transparency for more than 50 years. We are characterized by our ethical principles and respect for the law, and this must be reflected in a Code of Ethics that is applicable to all people who interact with the group, setting forth the principles for conduct for both personnel and management at the organization.
Vendors and Collaborators Manual
As part of the Sorigué group’s commitment to ethical behavior and good governance, we have developed a Code of Ethics, upon which this Code of Conduct for Vendors and Collaborators, is based, with the primary objective being to ensure that social responsibility criteria are upheld at all levels of our company’s value chain.

Innovation Policy
Sorigué views research, development, and innovation as an important strategic pillar, essential to ensuring our competitiveness and sustainability. Our Innovation Committee provides the framework to establish a true culture of innovation throughout the organization.
Compliance Policy
Sorigué adheres to principles of transparency, honesty, legality, and ethics in everything it does. As a result, the company respects the laws in place so that its business can grow legally and serve as an example of commitment to a culture of regulatory compliance.
Communication Policy
Communication, both internal and external, is understood at Sorigué as an essential pillar for achieving the group's strategic challenges. The Department of Communication and Institutional Relations is the executor of the communication policy and materializes, articulates and promotes this strategic factor throughout the organization and all its stakeholders, in accordance with Sorigué's ethical principles and values.
Food Safety Policy
The companies, Acsa Obras e Infraestructuras and Coutex, within the Technology and Services areas, have implemented a food safety system with the aim of guaranteeing quality and safety in the provision of services related to drinking water supply networks.
Road Safety Policy
The company Sorigué Acsa Conservación, specialized in road maintenance, has implemented a Road Safety management system with the aim of reinforcing its commitment to safe mobility for both internal staff and road users.
Internal Information Channel Policy
The whistleblower channel policy is the document that sets out the general principles of the internal information channel, its scope of application and scope. It is the framework for the channel to materialize as a tool that provides a secure means of communicating complaints or comments that allow us to fight against irregularities, corruption and regulatory non-compliance. This policy ensures that all communications made are treated respecting the principles of objectivity, confidentiality, anonymity and impartiality.
