Construction of a warehouse for olive oil production in Menàrguens

Construction of an agri-industrial warehouse for agricultural use, with a 55 x 22 m rectangular shape. The warehouse is made up of first floor and an interior lofted level for a total height of 9.8 meters from ground level.

Integration into the landscape was achieved thanks to an 8 m grade slope, which already existed at the present location.

The warehouse was built in such a way that part of facades are hidden by reinforced earth retaining walls. The visible parts facades are made out of precast concrete on the upper section and metal sheet on the lower section. The gabled roof, which is a precast structure, is at the level of the upper land (a gravel production area), 8 m high.
 

​The warehouse has various entrances on the front and side facades, with the main entrance located on the central section of the building.

The exterior terrace, located at the end of the warehouse, can be accessed from inside the building, from the loft level.

The olive receiving dock is on the upper ground level, unloading using gravity from the roof using a mechanized opening connected to an inclined chute.
