Construction of the Fruitcentre building at the Agri-food Research and Technology Park of Gardeny (PCiTAL)

Construction of a building with two interconnected areas. One of the structures has two basement levels, and two above-ground levels, while the other has only two floors.

The building has a slab foundation, and the structure is composed of reinforced concrete pillars and waffle slabs. The basement walls are made out of 30 cm thick reinforced concrete, with waterproofing on the exterior surface.

The enclosures on the first floor are made using precast concrete panels, while the upper floors have brick walls with natural stone siding. The exterior trim is made out of lacquered aluminum, while the roof is inverted with a gravel finish.

The interior floors are made out of polished concrete with added quartz in the two basement levels and added resin in the upper level floors, and the bathrooms have ceramic tile flooring.

The interior divisions are made out of a double-hollow brick partition with screeded plaster.

The drop ceiling is made using suspended plaster panels, while the internal carpentry is varnished wood.
