Ambitec expands and renovates its facilities in Barcelona
Sorigué’s company for Landscaping and the Environment has carried out substantial improvements to its facilities, increasing the surface area of its offices to 250 m2.
Ambitec, the Sorigué company specializing in urban services for Landscaping and the Environment, has carried out important work to expand and renovate its facilities in order to improve the services it offers and its designated spaces for workers.
The company is located in the Zona Franca industrial park in Barcelona on a plot with a total area of 3,900 m2. The improvements made to the facilities have increased the surface area devoted to offices to 250 m2. The work includes a new conference room, a training classroom and improvements to communal spaces for staff.
The existing buildings have been renovated in accordance with current safety standards. Updates have also included expanding the storage area for proprietary machinery. A special space has been established for the maintenance of small machinery.
This Sorigué business specializes in the comprehensive maintenance of parks and gardens, as well as the design and execution of landscaping projects. Ambitec also provides its technical arboriculture services and carries out remedial work with an environmental impact. It also manages a business line for the installation and maintenance of street furniture and playground areas.
The business, with offices and deployment in Catalonia, Madrid and Andalusia, currently carries out maintenance of the green spaces in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona), the green areas and trees along the streets in Parla (Madrid), and the groves in Gomérez and San Pedro, as well as supplementary work on greenery at the Alhambra (Granada), among other noteworthy contracts.
Furthermore, it undertakes new projects, including the rehabilitation of the Parc del Turó in the Sarrià- Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona, which includes sustainable public procurement measures, and the remodeling of the Plaça Espanya and the playgrounds in the Parc Central del Vallès in Sabadell.
