Review, replacement, and repair of mechanical equipment, such as disassembly and replacement of PSV, PSA, and butterfly valves; inspection of furnace burners; review/replacement of air motors; replacement of the catalyzer of the reformer.
These works are performed with a maximum personnel of thirty operators (mechanics, electricians, instrumentalists), during twenty working days for a total of 4,500 man hours.

Reboiler
Modification of the 18” reboiler input line, including support and new valves and access platforms.
Disassembly/assembly for cleaning of internal pipes.
New lines
Supply and assembly of new steam and compressed air lines.
E-301 Boiler
Manufacture and assembly of 12” gas input butterfly valve. Manufactured in AISI 347 stainless steel.
